The annual meeting of the troop will be held. The meeting will be called to order at 1300 hours and in accordance with the Constitution and By-Laws elections will be held. Refreshments will follow immediately after the meeting.
The Following Offices are up for election;
President - 2 year term
1st Vice-president - 2 year term
2nd Vice-president- 2 year term
Secretary - 2 year term
Treasurer - 2 year term
Sgt-At-Arms - 2 year term
2 Trustee offices - 3 year term
Specific qualification specifications for each office may be found in the Essex Troop Bylaws.
Candidates for the Trustee positions must be life members. All interested parties for President, Vice-President (2), Secretary, Treasurer, Sergeant-at-Arms or Trustee (2) need to submit a letter of nomination to the attention of LTC (Ret.) Mike Renahan, Chair Nomination Committee. Letters may be mailed or faxed to the troop office and must be received by NLT 1800 hrs, 1 March 2012.

The Positions of Secretary, Treasurer and Sergeant - at - Arms, pending certification of qualifications IAW the constitution and Bylaws, may be nominated from the floor.
Please note that nominations from the floor will not be accepted IAW Article 4 section 5, of the approved Bylaws for the positions of President, Vice President and Trustee.
